Why Imprecatory Psalms Are Still Necessary…

… wicked men.

Children are slaughtered and the wealthy have bloody hands.  These abortionists are wicked and we should pray for God’s judgment to fall on them.  A large Stone crushing their hearts would be most excellent

I am going to quote a large part of this, but hang on ’till the end, where a moral train wreck will appear before your very eyes…

Eighteen and pregnant, Sycloria Williams went to an abortion clinic outside Miami and paid $1,200 for Dr. Pierre Jean-Jacque Renelique to terminate her 23-week pregnancy.

Another day, another contract for murder signed – the fees paid up front.

Three days later, she sat in a reclining chair, medicated to dilate her cervix and otherwise get her ready for the procedure.

Only Renelique didn’t arrive in time. According to Williams and the Florida Department of Health, she went into labor and delivered a live baby girl.

You will see by the end of this post that the crime here is going to be that this wicked man was a bit tardy.

What Williams and the Health Department say happened next has shocked people on both sides of the abortion debate:

Sure, they were all shocked, but for different reasons…

One of the clinic’s owners, who has no medical license, cut the infant’s umbilical cord. Williams says the woman placed the baby in a plastic biohazard bag and threw it out.

You need a license to kill a child!  A LICENSE – YOU IDIOT!

Police recovered the decomposing remains in a cardboard box a week later after getting anonymous tips.

“I don’t care what your politics are, what your morals are, this should not be happening in our community,” said Tom Pennekamp, a Miami attorney representing Williams in her lawsuit against Renelique (ren-uh-LEEK’) and the clinic owners.

Well, it does matter what your morals are counselor.  Question though…  Is the mother suing because the baby died?  Cuz if that is what she is doing, I hope the judge throws the case out.

The state Board of Medicine is to hear Renelique’s case in Tampa on Friday and determine whether to strip his license. The state attorney’s homicide division is investigating, though no charges have been filed. Terry Chavez, a spokeswoman with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, said this week that prosecutors were nearing a decision.

This is a tough one… Murder requires “malice aforethought,”  but the whole reason for this man’s ‘medical’ existence is to kill babies.  So, you can see why the prosecuters are having a difficult time here.

The case has riled the anti-abortion community, which contends the clinic’s actions constitute murder.

“The baby was just treated as a piece of garbage,” said Tom Brejcha, president of The Thomas More Society, a law firm that is also representing Williams. “People all over the country are just aghast.”

Many people are not aghast Tom.  And that is a serious problem.

Even those who support abortion rights are concerned about the allegations.

(wait for it… here comes the train wreck…)

“It really disturbed me,” said Joanne Sterner, president of the Broward County chapter of the National Organization for Women, after reviewing the administrative complaint against Renelique. “I know that there are clinics out there like this. And I hope that we can keep (women) from going to these types of clinics.”

TaDa!  Ladies and gentlemen there it is, a train wreck of monumental perportions!  The outrage is reserved for the women who have to go into one of these poorly run slaughter houses.  I will now translate her statement into a language that those of you with a heartbeat may understand:

“We need more money so that no woman has to look at her child during its murder.  Pass me a cheeseburger please, I’m hungry.”

Mercy and Justice have been sold down the river for convenience and wealth.  Our table has become a snare and as we bite down on the fat of our sin, a noose shall tighten about our neck.  We are blind and emasculated.  The wicked have added iniquity to iniquity and the Righteous Judge cannot help but see what we have done or not done as the case may be.

So, I pray that God would take away the livelihood of these murderous haters of both God and His image.  Pray that they be crushed and broken before the Lord.  May He see fit to eliminate His enemies and may the world be full of the knowledge of the Holy.

  2. The quote that hit me most from the article was, “She came face to face with a human being,” Pennekamp said. “And that changed everything.” Ya think?!

  3. Thanks for that post Alan. It’s incredibly humbling. As a nation we’ve spent years convincing people that it’s OK to kill babies, and then are somehow surprised when babies are treated like garbage – and sometimes dumped in the woods as recently happened in Milton. I add my Amen to your prayer.

    Psalm 83

    1 Do not be silent, God,
    or unresponding!
    Do not remain at rest,
    O Mighty One!
    2 For now Your foes arouse and
    make a clamor;
    Your bitter enemies lift up
    the head.
    3 Against Your people now they
    they plot in secret;
    They meet to work against Your
    hidden ones.
    4 They say, “Let us go up and
    end their nation.
    The name of Is-ra-el shall be
    no more!”

    5 Together they conspire in
    deadly earnest;
    Against You they have made
    a covenant.
    6 The Ish-mael-ites are there,
    the tents of Edom,
    The men of Moab with
    the Hagarenes.
    7 See Gebal, Amalek, with men
    of Ammon;
    Behold Philistia and them of Tyre.
    8 For Ashur too has come and joins
    their forces;
    They are the pow-er of the sons
    of Lot.

    9 Treat them like Midian,
    like Jabin’s army.
    Treat them like Sisera at Kishon’s
    10 At Endor they were all
    And they became as dung upon
    the ground.
    11 Like Oreb make their chiefs, Their
    lords like Zebah!
    12 Who thought they would possess
    the land of God.
    13 My God, O make them be like
    whirling dustclouds;
    Make them like bits of chaff
    before the wind.

    14 Like fire that burns the woods,
    like flames of lightening,
    15 Pursue them with Your storms
    and strike with fear.
    16 Fill up their faces with
    And let them seek Your name,
    Jehovah, then.
    17 Let them be terrified and
    shamed forever,
    And let them be dismayed and
    be destroyed!
    18 Let them know You alone
    You are Jehovah
    You are the One Most High
    o’er all the earth.

    Tune: Salvum Fac

    Trinity Psalter

  5. “Wilt thou have any thing to do with the stool of wickedness : which imagineth mischief as a law? They gather them together against the soul of the righteous : and condemn the innocent blood. But the Lord is my refuge : and my God is the strength of my confidence.
    He shall recompense them their wickedness, and destroy them in their own malice : yea, the Lord our God shall destroy them.” (Psalm 94.) Amen and amen!

    This post is spot-on.

  6. Thank You Ben,

    I don’t know what the abortion situation is down in Oz, but I pray that there are Christians willing to stand.

    We have friends in New Zealand. They own a bakery somewhere in that lovely country of yours. God willing we will get to visit one day!

    Blessings upon your head.
